This home has an exceptional amount of space for a holiday home. It is about 80 m2 and it’s a corner house with a private terrace at the back.

Ground floor: This has a comfortable living room with cosy seating area, dining table, luxurious open plan kitchen with has a stainless steel gas unit with four cooking elements, a coffee machine, refridgerator, dishwasher and microwave.

In the living room you have doors to a private verandah of about 25m2 which
is South facing with lovely views of the little river and the woods.The garden furniture includes parasols so you can choose between sunshine or shade. The ground floor also provides a seperate toilet.

First Floor: This has two bedrooms. The bedrooms each have two single boxspring beds. The bathroom has a separate shower, bathtub and washbasin. On the first floor there is a separate toilet.

Extras: if the day is hot you can cool off with a swim in our small private river. In the evening you can BBQ under the stars or just dream away with a glass of wine in your hands in the glow of the firelight.
